Welcome to the Building Department's Integrated Software Suite

Welcome to the Building Department’s new Integrated Software System (ISS). This system is designed to provide a user friendly access to the inspection, plan submittal and close out processes. The program’s application process extends to multiple departments so that applications for and status of permits, inspections and access to information for acquiring Certificates of Occupancy and Final Inspections will be available. Additionally, the ISS system will be more efficient through mitigation of errors and integration of the permitting and plan review process thereby resulting in a timelier close-out.

This site is to be used for permitting, inspections, plan review and occupancy for
New Projects Only.
Those that have been in the system prior to launch of this site on
September 1, 2011
will be processed as in the past.
